ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Once orders are placed the information gets sent to our manufacturing team stationed in Mainland, China. Production time is about 1-3 business days; Shipping time is about 9-14 business days; Total fulfillment time is about 10-17 days. We currently do not provide shipping internationally but will expand on that further down the line!

PRODUCTS & SIZING

All of your products have size and measurements once clicked on our shop menus. Our products are Unisex but based on previous reviews we suggest ordering a size up due to the fact that some of our products might shrink when washing.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do except returns and exchanges. Clients/Customers will have a 30-day return and exchange period. ORDERS MUST BE UNWORN, returned back in their original condition before a returned is issued. Regarding exchanges, please email @konfuzionclothing@gmail.com
